Ok let's get started

Open a new canvas 600x600
Flood Fill with #335887

Copy and Paste Large Grey Pattern from Template
Resize 75%

With your magic wand - click inside large grey pattern
Selections - Invert
Hit delete on your flood filled layer
Selections - Select None
Rename this layer to background
Delete Template layer

On Background layer
Effects - Texture Effects - Weave
With these settings
Gap - 3
Width - 6
Opacity - 100
Weave AND Gap Color - #243d49
Fill Gaps - Unchecked

Copy and paste Large outter frame
Image resize - 90
With your magic wand click inside
Flood Fill with - #dc7e3a
Selections - Select None

Copy and paste Large Inner
With your magic wand click inside
Flood Fill with - #335887
Selections - Select None

Apply weave settings as before

On Large Outter Frame
Effects - Texture Effects - Fur
With these settings
Blur- 25, Density - 90, Length - 11, Transparency - 44

Apply drop shaddow of choice

Copy and paste Large Inner
With your magic wand click inside
Selections - Invert
Repeat Selections - Invert

On Large Outter Frame
Hit delete

Copy and paste Top Pattern
Image - free rotate - left - 90
Resize 90
With your magic wand click inside
Flood fill with #161b47
Selections - select none

Effects - Texture Effects - Straw Wall
Using these settings
Blur - 17, Density - 23, Length - 10, Width - 3
Transparency - 0, Color - #7f563b, Angle - 100

Right click - properties - opacity - 69

Duplicate
Image - Mirror

On your Background layer
Right click
New Mask Layer - from image

Now copy and paste tube of choice and place in middle

Apply Elements of choice
Add Name
Add your copyright
