Open a new canvas 500x500

Open the mask and scrapkit supplies

Copy and paste paper 11

Right click on raster layer - new mask - from image -WSL_Mask246
Right click - merge group

Image - Resize - 80
Adjust - Blur _ Gaussian Blur
With radius set at 10

Copy and paste Sunflower2

Right click, properties

Change the opacity to 65

Copy and paste Sun1

Image - resize - 50

Place the sun to one side

Copy and Paste Kite3

Image - resize - 50

Repeat the resize

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shaddow

Use these settings

1, -1, 100, 0, Black

Place on the opposite side of the sun

Open tube of choice and place so that it looks like the kite is held by the tube

Place word art of choice. I just wrote something that popped in my head.
