Ok let's get started
Open a new canvas 600x600
Open all materials and minimize
Copy and paste "large rectangle" from the template
Copy and paste paper8
Highlight the rectangle layer
Using your magic wand - click inside the rectangle
Selections - Invert
Highlight your paper layer - hit delete on your keyboard
Selection - None
Merge these to together
Copy and paste "thin rectangles" from the template
Copy and paste paper4
Highlight the rectangles layer
Using your magic wand - click inside the rectangles holding your shift button down
Selections - Invert
Highlight your paper layer - hit delete on your keyboard
Selection - None
Merge these to together
Copy and paste "middle rectangle" from the template
Copy and paste paper6
Highlight the rectangle layer
Using your magic wand - click inside the rectangle
Selections - Invert
Highlight your paper layer - hit delete on your keyboard
Selection - None
Merge these to together
Apply the following inner bevel
Copy and paste "edge shape" from the template
Copy and paste paper11
Highlight the edge shape layer
Using your magic wand - click inside the each edge while
holding your shift button down
Selections - Invert
Highlight your paper layer - hit delete on your keyboard
Selection - None
Merge these to together
Apply the same inner bevel
Copy and paste tube of choice and place to your liking
Copy and paste pumpkin5 from the kit
Image - resize - 25
I duplicated this and placed it on each side
Copy and paste Doodle1 from kit
Adjust - Hue and Saturation - colorize - 25, 98
Image - resize - 68
Adjust - Add/Remove noise - Despeckle
Place on the left side
Right click - Duplicate
Image - mirror
Merge these two together
Move this layer to the very bottom
Apply copyright and any license information if needed
