Open a new canvas 500x500
Open all materials and minimize
Copy and paste paper22
Image - resize - 90
Copy and paste paper20
Image - resize - 90
Copy and paste frame6
Image - resize - 80
Use your magic wand and click inside the frame
Selections - modify - expand - 6
Selections - invert
Click delete on the paper layers
Selections - none
Selections - modify - expand - 6
Selections - invert
Click delete on the paper layers
Selections - none
On the paper20 layer
Image - resize - 90
Repeat resize
Effects - 3D effects - drop shadow
-2, 2, 100, 10 Black
Copy and paste Tag2
Image - Resize - 50
Position on one side of your frame
Using your eraser tool
Erase the part of the string that would be under the frame
Copy and paste Brad3
Image - Resize - 40
Duplicate this layer 3 times
Place brads across the top
there should be 4 total
Merge all 4 of the brads together
Apply the same drop shadow as before
Duplicate this layer
Image - flip
Apply copyright and any license information if needed
