Font of choice - I used Pristina

Ok let's get started
Open a new canvas 600x600

Open all materials and minimize

Copy and paste Frame1

Image - Resize - 90

Repeat resize

Copy and paste paper8

On your frame layer
Use your magic wand and click on the inside of one side of the frame
Holding down your shift key click on the other side

Selections - modify - expand - 2

Selections - Invert

Hit delete on your paper layer
Selections - none

On the frame layer

Effects - 3D effects - inner bevel

Use the default settings

Copy and paste your tube
Move layer below your frame layer
Resize to fit one side of your frame

Duplicate this layer

On the Duplicate

Image - Mirror

Apply the following steps for both tube layers

On frame layer

Use your magic wand and click inside of of the frames

Selections - invert

On tube layer hit delete

Selections none

Copy and paste Bow4

Image - resize - 66
Repeat the resize
Place to one side of the frame

Copy and paste Butterfly2

Image - resize - 66

Place on your frame where it looks best

Apply a drop shaddow if desired

Apply copyright and any license information if needed
